Instructions for Accessing J&M Holiday Homes Apartments
➡️ If you have booked Apartment D34 (2+0) - Apartment for 2:
We recommend parking on the side of the building where the football field is located. Parking is free.
You can only enter the building from the side of the football field through entrance D (closer to the hotel and the Vivat thermal spa).
Take the elevator at the end of the ground floor hallway to the 3rd floor and find Apartment D34.
Near the door, you will find a small safe box: set the PIN code you received, open the safe, and take out the apartment key.
After retrieving the key, please reset the safe to 0000.
Upon departure, return the key to the safe and mix the numbers on the safe.
➡️ If you have booked Apartment E307 (2+2) - Apartment for 4:
We recommend parking in the parking lot in front of the building at Delavska ulica 28, Moravske Toplice, or on the side of the football field, as Apartment E307 can be accessed from both sides.
Entrance from the football field side:
Parking is free everywhere.
Enter the building through entrance E (on the side of the building farther from the hotel/Vivat thermal spa).
Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and find Apartment E307.
Near the door, you will find a small safe box: set the PIN code you received, open the safe, and take out the apartment key.
After retrieving the key, please reset the safe to 0000.
Upon departure, return the key to the safe and mix the numbers on the safe.
