Warmly welcome to our spacious Terme Vivat spa holiday home with all the privacy that no hotel could ever offer. Our holiday home has everything you need, including air condition, wi-fi and Netflix!
Perfect for families of four or for 2 couples, eager to enjoy some time in relaxing environment away from work. With big bedroom, spacious living room with extendable sofa bed and a pretty sun room, perfect for reading will guarantee a peaceful getaway that you crave and deserve.
In our holiday home you will find a fully stocked kitchen and enough space to enjoy your meals in peace. But don’t worry, if at some point you get too lazy to cook, we also offer a special discount for a la card menu in Vivat restaurant just for our guests.
Kitchen
Our bright and fully stocked kitchen, closely connected to the living room, will provide you with every single thing you need to cook whatever you desire, all you need to take care of are ingredients.
It has everything you need to enjoy cooking (and morning coffee as well!):

Living Room
Welcome to our bright and spacious living room! During the day it will be the place to hang out with your family, maybe you will even feel like playing board games together which you haven’t done in ages! They are provided for you – as well as a big flat television with a wide range of programs to pick from, including Netflix.
During the night, you might use it as a bedroom. Extendable couch offers comfortable rest for two people (160 x 200 cm).
Bedroom
In the spacious master bedroom you’ll be able to get a good night’s sleep in a 180 x 200 cm king’s bed. Just next to the sunroom with a beautiful forest-themed sticker over the entire wall, you’ll fell like you’re waking up in a cottage at the edge of a forest!
Bathroom
New and spotlessly clean bathroom with a beautiful shower cabin and modern shower hand will enable you a relaxing shower before bedtime. Not just the toilet paper and cosmetic tisuess, there are also some appliances: hairdryer and washing machine, both at your disposal.
Balcony
Why not using the sunny days to eat your lunch outside? Just next to the kitchen, there is a lovely balcony with a big table and comfortable chairs – protected by the roof that offers shadow in the sun and dryness in the rain. Enjoy the fresh air and nice view of the village while dining or drinking your morning’s coffee.
Sun Room
Attached to the master bedroom, you will find the sun room with a beautiful wall sticker that will make you feel just as fresh as if you were relaxing in the forest. But don’t worry, you will not feel cold at all, because the sun makes the place nicely warm through the glass roof. You can use the place to hang together after lunch or to retreat from the family, to read a book or newspaper.
It could also make a perfect place for your children to play, while you’re watching them right out of your bed in the morning.
This holiday home is located in the Building E just next to Terme Vivat spa – walk 50 metres, and you're inside of the thermal paradise ;)
